CLICK HERE and click on "Forgot password" and enter your email. A password will be emailed to you immediately. |
|
|
TIP: Look in your Junk mail box or Spam mail box for "Publishing Account Information" to retrieve your password. |

Copy the password with your mouse (Copy only the text, as the system will not recognize space beyond the text – don’t over-copy) |

Paste the password into the "Password" box. Then enter your email in the "User Name" box. |

|
The system will ask you for your own User Name and Password. |

TIP: Use something simple that you will remember. |

Only tests that are completed at the lab will show up on the list. To view a particular test, simply left-click the test and then open the "tiff" or pdf document that shows up below. You can save a copy to your computer, or print it out.

NOTE: Your original copy will still be mailed to your facility. (with the exception of the Economy-Saver programs)
